The Liverpool, Chester and North Wales branch of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI) held their Annual Dinner on Thursday 10th May 2018. As Archbishop Beck deliver a CISI Level 3 Financial Investments and Securities qualification to 46 students across Liverpool, Mrs Welsh, lead teacher of the programme was invited to attend.
One of Archbishop Beck’s alumni, James Charlton (President of the Liverpool branch of the CISI) opened the evening with an eloquent speech. He spoke about the Level 3 qualification and how this has helped prepare a ‘talent pool’ of young people ready to embark in the industry.
The guest speaker of the evening was Sir Terry Leahy who was thoroughly impressed with programme that is in place.
