It is little wonder London is one of the world's top tourist destinations, attracting upward of 15 million visitors each year. Britain's capital city is a vibrant arts and entertainment centre.
London also offers one of the planet's greatest concentrations of cultural attractions. From royal palaces to the people's parliament, from museums and churches to riding a giant Ferris wheel for breathtaking views, London's sites are with unique things to see and do.
Recently, members of the 6th Form travelled to London to take part in this wonderful experience, managing to visit all the main sites as well as a trip to Parliament House.
Peter Lynch, Head of the 6th Form at the College described the day "as a unique experience which widened our students knowledge in so many ways", adding, "not all learning takes place in a classroom."
Many thanks to staff who organised the experience and to our excellent student ambassadors.
