Over the last few weeks, a group of Year 9 students have been taking part in the #IWill Social Action Programme which is run in conjunction with the LFC Foundation. The students have been looking at the social issues within the local area and decided to look at tackling racism as their social action initiative. The students created their own anti-racism campaign, for which the slogan was "the key to stop racism is you". The students ended their work with a fund raising activity in school and raised an amazing total of £210 which will be donated to the students chosen charity, The Anthony Walker Foundation.
Well done to all the boys involved, they have worked exceptionally hard over the last few weeks.
