Over 1,200 students and staff of the college community gathered in respectful silence on Monday 11th November 2019 for our annual Remembrance Ceremony.
On Sunday 10th November representatives from the college community led by Mr Dickinson gathered at St Georges Hall for Liverpool’s Service of Remembrance. While on Saturday 9th November, Mr Hicks represented the college at the Festival of Remembrance at the Royal Albert Hall, and on the Sunday attended the Cenotaph in London for the Remembrance Service.
Headteacher, Paul Dickinson said “The events of the last few days show that as a college community we lead the way, by example, by involvement and by showing that the Remembrance events are vitally important” adding “from Liverpool to London we did remember them”.
The college community was not only represented by Mr Dickinson, but also student representatives Deputy Head Boy, Marcin, and Deputy Head Girl, Kelly.
